Once a year, representatives of all Beneficiaries and Partner Organisations, as well as all ESRs of the project were coming together for the Annual Meeting.

These meetings not only gave the people involved in the project the possibility to meet in person, but to exchange experiences, in particupar for the ESRs, and to discuss achieved tasks and future goals. Therefore, this coming together of the consortium served mainly to promote the active exchange of knowledge and expereince and to ensure the project is on track.
